  • What is your product return policy?

    All sales are final due to the nature of our products and the potential for contamination. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product is not working to your satisfaction, please give us a call, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you’re happy with your experience.

  • Do you have any appointments today?

    We do take same-day appointments if there is availability. If we’re fully booked, you can be added to the waitlist. Texting is the fastest way to reach us for same-day service, or you can visit our booking site to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, we’ll notify you promptly.

  • Do you work with children?

    Yes, we do work with children, but it depends on the reason for treatment. We tailor our approach to ensure it is safe and effective for each child’s specific needs. Please contact us to discuss your child’s situation, and we’ll determine the best course of action.

  • How do I get a copy of my receipt?

    We understand the significance of detailed statements. If you’re needing a statement to submit to insurance or HSA please email us at: clinic@SimpleSensations.life.

  • What are your office hours?

    As a way to create work-life balance, we’ve dedicated specific days to admin tasks. These days are Monday through Thursday, 10:00a — 5:00p.
